Literature Web Tools is a creation of I.E. Sersea, M.A., founder of Teach Me Help Me Educational Services.
Both Literature Web Tools (http://literarywebtools.info) and Literary Internet (http://literaryinternet.info) were conceived as a literature-based online multi-media project towards the completion of a Masters of Arts in English degree through National University.
